Mary holds a Master’s of Physiotherapy from UBC. Her clinical interests include postural alignment, sports injury, post-surgical and vestibular rehab, as well as pre and post-natal care (women’s health). She draws from her extensive background in yoga therapy and acupressure, to support clients recovering from injury, repetitive strain and dysfunction, using manual therapy, dry needling (IMS), core stabilization, and motor retraining with injury specific exercises.
Mary was a competitive athlete in her youth and though she still plays basketball and soccer with her two little monkeys, her other true loves are yoga, running, meditation and salsa dancing. Mary also has experience as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students at UBC, and a post-graduate Diploma in Adult Education (UBC).
“I look forward to helping you with hands on therapy, and active rehabilitation to help you optimize your strength, awareness and resilience.”
