Parmis completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. She is dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based care to help individuals of all ages reduce pain, prevent injuries, and optimize their movement and performance.

Her passion for physiotherapy began through her active involvement in running, weightlifting, hiking, dancing, kickboxing, basketball, and badminton. This foundation fuels her interest in injury prevention, performance longevity, and helping people return to the activities they love. Parmis combines her athletic background with strong clinical skills to provide efficient and effective treatment.

Parmis is known for her warm, attentive approach and her commitment to understanding the root cause of her clients’ concerns. Her sessions include thorough assessments, hands-on manual therapy, functional retraining, dry needling (IMS), and targeted exercise programs tailored to each individual.

Parmis is also a certified vestibular rehabilitation therapist, specializing in the assessment and treatment of dizziness, vertigo, balance impairments, BPPV, and other vestibulo-ocular and vestibulo-spinal dysfunctions. She has helped numerous clients restore confidence, improve stability, and return to daily activities without dizziness.

Outside the clinic, Parmis enjoys running along the seawall, exploring new hiking trails, and discovering great restaurants across the city.
