Growing up Jordan not only loved to play basketball but also enjoyed helping his family and friends achieve their fitness goals. The rewarding feeling of their accomplishments led Jordan to pursue his degree in Kinesiology. As a result of Jordan’s strong work ethic combined with a genuine passion for healing in the form of training, his career has been driven to a unique path in kinesiology.
Jordan’s two philosophies on training has always been about being client-centred and improving movement mechanics. He truly believes if you move better, you will feel better and if you feel better you’ll perform better with life’s day to day activities and sports.
